Production Scheduler

Summary:
Performs scheduling of all Curbs/Adapters MSP Monitor and RRU jobs to run as efficiently as possible. This includes back up Scheduler for the Master Scheduler. This will also include scheduling sheet metal runs. This person will also be responsible for conducting the weekly scheduling meetings.

Essential Functions or Responsibilities:
Main Scheduler for Curb/Adapter and MSP lines
Backup to Master Scheduler
Backup to Curb Master Scheduler
Maintain excel sheet schedule as well as ERP schedule
Handoff Meetings- final submittal and special options put on schedule
Managing sheet metal runs. Both prioritizing and organizing them
Work with Production Managers to ensure Schedule meets their expectations (including changes to make up for missing parts)
Lock 6-week window so purchasing can run configurator
Create reports or update existing report for production meetings
Lead weekly production meetings
Works with sales to prioritize jobs and meet customer needs
Help solve production problems or constraints
Effectively use or prioritize materials to maximize profit and throughput. Example would be alternating aux and non aux units on OAU or Heat pump units.
Meet company deadlines or ship dates
Improve existing processes or create new processes to streamline manufacturing
Walk out to the lines to ensure schedule matches whats happening in real time

Qualifications/Skills:
Attention to detail is huge in this position multitasking
Accuracy data input
Working independently without much supervision
