Job Summary
Develop and maintain work cell standard processes workstations and procedures for new product lines. Coordinate assembly schedule based on project milestones and act as liaison from assembly team to Assembly Supervisor and other key stakeholders.Leads team with exemplary dedication to safety quality delivery and cost in that order. Provides training and advice to team members collaborates cross-functionally to solve problems andactsproactively for continuous improvement in work cell and at the facility.Support site lean transformation strategy through application of 5Sstandards anddriving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Role will focus on BWRX-300 product line execution during initial12-18 months mayalsosupport other new product implementation.
Serveasliaison for contingent workforce.
Interacts with peers supervisor and internal / external customers.
May provide advice training & guidanceto team memberson projects.
Sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
Advancedelectrical aptitude required includingelectrical assembly and related experience.
May work onfocusedprojectsor initiativeswith peers fromcross-functionalgroups.
May update and create new work instruction.
Maysolve process failures & inefficiencies and implement process solutions.
May perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISOrequirements.
May perform fabrication wiring and electrical assembly activities to support work cell standardization.
Requirements:
Requires 1-5 years of assembly experience including manufacturing wiring or electrical assembly and/or fabrication.
Ability to lead and influence a team to maintain quality and safetystandards.
Requires expertise in problem recognition and specialized technical skills to develop solutions and action steps to a wide variety of difficult work assignments.
Requires personal initiativeand proactivity to support production team and drive key metrics and KPIs.
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering warehouse planning project management and other key stakeholders.
Pay Transparency
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the base pay for this position $32.70-$39.24/hr.
