What Will You Do

The schedule for this night shift plumbing role is 3:45pm to 2:15am Monday through Thursday.

  • Install various plumbing parts such as regulators and tubing etc. on cryogenic tanks
  • Use blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels as well as correct components installed on the finished product
  • Perform quality leak checks on work performed using mirrors and fans as needed
  • Complete required documentation electronic or paper on all work performed
  • Understand and adheres to established safety and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean work area and practices general housekeeping standards
  • Perform all tasks to ISO standards and requirements
  • Perform other duties assigned

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk sit use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools and controls. Additionally will stoop kneel crouch crawl talk or hear and reach with hands and arms. Employee will occasionally be required to climb or balance and must be able to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds. On occasion employee may lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision.

While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions fumes or airborne particles and vibration. Loud noise level in the work environment.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Must be able to learn how to plumb pressure vessels
  • Basic math skills needed
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
  • Proven ability to identify and work through problems and issues
  • Overtime and weekend hours as needed

Preferred

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working with blueprints and drawings
  • Experience working in ISO environment
