Production Planner

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to support daily operations within a busy pipe yard. This role is responsible for developing coordinating and managing production schedules to ensure efficient workflow ontime processing and smooth operational performance.

• Develop and maintain daily weekly and longterm production schedules
• Coordinate workflow between departments to ensure efficient movement of materials
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
• Communicate with operations logistics and quality teams to resolve delays or bottlenecks
• Track inventory levels and ensure materials are available for scheduled work
• Prepare reports on production status capacity and performance
• Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize workflow and reduce downtime

• Experience in production planning scheduling or operations (pipe yard or industrial environment preferred)
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• Ability to analyze data and adjust plans quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
• Proficiency with scheduling tools spreadsheets and production systems
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
