We are hiring dependableManufacturing & Production Operatorsto support multiple areas of our operation includingassembly silicone machine operation plastic injection molding and focused factory production. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Available Positions Include:

• Assembly Operator

• Silicone Machine Operator

• Plastic Injection Machine Operator

• Factory / Production Operator

(Placement is based on experience skills and business needs.)

Shift Options & Pay:

• 1st Shift:MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM $17.00/hour

• 2nd Shift:MondayFriday 2:00 PM 10:30 PM $20.00/hour

• 3rd Shift:SundayThursday 10:00 PM 6:30 AM $22.00/hour

• Weekend AM:Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM $18.89/hour

• Weekend PM:Friday-Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM $19.89/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

• Assemble inspect and package products according to specifications

• Perform basic machine setup operation and troubleshooting

• Follow production schedules work instructions and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
