Production Operator Pre-Grind (Day Shift 730am 730pm)

Please note that this full-time position is project-based and is not expected to continue beyond December 2027 due to the planned relocation of the plant. Eligible new hires in good standing who successfully complete required training and demonstrate proficiency may qualify for incentive bonuses contingent upon active employment at the time of position elimination.

Purpose of Position

Set up adjust and operate all pre-grind blade making machinery and peripheral equipment to obtain product of acceptable quality.

Essential Duties Responsibilities and Procedures

Set up adjust and operate machinery and equipment to obtain product ofacceptable quality.

As required perform preventive maintenance

Perform and record Quality checks.

As required relieve operators.

Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience

Must have at least six (6) months of manufacturing experience

Must be mechanically inclined.

Must be able to correctly read and interpret instruments and gages.

Must be able to calculate basic math.

Hands-on experience in general mechanics.

Past experience with various hand tools and gages.

Good Interpersonal Skills
Strong Communication Skills both Verbal and Written.

Demonstrates quality awareness and attention to details.

Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous experience in Stamping Perforating or Heat-Treating a plus.
