Production Operator- Off Shift

Shift: Rotating Day & Night Shifts (5:50 AM 6:00 PM / 5:50 PM 6:00 AM)

Pay: $25.09/hr $2.00/hr shift differential

Position Overview

Join Avery Dennison as a Coating Machine Operator. We are seeking a mechanically curious results-driven professional to take ownership of our high-speed manufacturing this role you will safely set up operate and maintain production equipment while driving quality control and operational excellence. If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical systems and working with a collaborative high-performing team this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Safely set up run and change over complex coating machinery monitors and winding consoles.

• Troubleshooting: Use mechanical aptitude and curiosity to diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions early completing minor repairs to reduce downtime.

• Quality Control: Follow strict SOP guidelines and use precision measuring tools to conduct quality inspections ensuring products meet specifications.

• Process Monitoring: Read digital gauges meters and flow ratios to adjust temperatures and pressures for continuous optimal flow.

• Team Collaboration: Maintain accurate digital logs while championing a Team Before Self environment to meet safe production goals.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3 years of manufacturing experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and analytical troubleshooting skills.

• Digital Fluency: Comfortable navigating computer applications for data entry and production tracking.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk up to 80% of a shift; lift up to 50 lbs; and bend reach or squat frequently.

• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to shifting priorities.
