About the Role

Salary Range & Benefits
Salary Range:$17.50 20.50 hourly commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform and maintain high quality throughout all phases of assembly.
- Maintains workflow efficiency between phases of assembly.
- Assist other team members as necessary in order to maintain line flow.
- Cross Train between assembly lines and/or workstations.
- Assist in training others as needed.
- Participate in driving improvements by offering suggestions to eliminate waste from work areas.
- Follow all necessary Quality System procedures and work instructions.
- Follow all environmental health and safety rules and procedures.
- Reject non-conforming parts on a daily basis with clear description of non-conformity.
- Maintain cleanliness of area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flexible for all shifts; willing to work OT and weekends when needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Curiosity and interest in learning
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use tools such as scanners manual pallet jacks banding machines etc.
- Must be extremely trustworthy flexible and dependable with a good attendancehistory
- Self-Motivated and able to perform with little direction
- Team-Player- must possess a can do attitude and must be able to work with others.
- Proficient English Written and verbal Good
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position the employee will frequently be required to:
- Sit for extended periods.
- Use hands and fingers to handle objects tools or controls including repetitive motions.
- Communicate effectively by speaking and hearing.
The employee may occasionally be required to:
- Visual acuity
- Stand and walk.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Bend stoop kneel and crouch.
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
