Job Description

At Thermo Fisher Scientific youll help our customers make the world healthier cleaner and safer. As a Manufacturing Technician II you will support Zeta Plus & IPC production by operating equipment following standard work and helping ensure products meet safety quality and compliance requirements.

• Operate production equipment according to SOPs work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic equipment setup changeovers routine checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to support product quality.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately to maintain traceability and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Identify report and escalate issues that may impact safety quality compliance or delivery.
• Maintain a clean organized and inspection-ready work area using 5S practices.
• Follow all EHS policies PPE requirements gowning protocols and cleanroom standards.
• Support troubleshooting cross-training and Practical Process Improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations production laboratory or a related field.
• Basic math skills including formulas decimals and fractions.
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
