Production Night Shift Verona, MS

Location: Verona MS
Pay: $16.35 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
Shift: Night Shift

Training will be conducted on 1st shift:

Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Fridays and Saturdays as needed based on production and training requirements.

Candidates must be available and willing to train on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular night-shift schedule of 2:30 PM 11:00 PM.

We are hiring Manufacturing Associates for a busy production facility in Verona MS. This position will primarily work with induction brazing equipment CNC machines and assembly. It is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience computer skills and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment operating machinery following detailed instructions and performing physical production duties.

• Operate and monitor induction brazing equipment after proper training.
• Operate and assist with CNC machines according to production requirements.
• Use basic computer systems and production software.
• Set up load and unload materials and components.
• Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Perform quality checks and inspect finished products.
• Follow production specifications work instructions and safety procedures.
• Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks and material handling.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues and report problems to supervisors.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work effectively with team members and communicate production issues.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.

2:30 PM 11:00 PM

Starting Pay: $16.35 per hour

• Previous manufacturing machine operation or production experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
• Experience with induction brazing is a plus but training will be provided.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using computer systems.
• Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Must be comfortable working around machinery and production equipment.
• Must be able to perform frequent lifting and physical production duties.
• Must be able to stand and work for extended periods.
• Must have reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work the scheduled 2:30 PM 11:00 PM shift.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow all company procedures.
• Must be dependable detail-oriented and willing to learn.
