Join Rubberatkins and help manufacture high-quality engineered rubber products for customers around the world. We are looking for a Production Molding Operatorto join our manufacturing team in Conroe. This is a hands-on role where youll work with compression molding equipment prepare materials and components inspect finished products and play an important part in delivering quality products to our customers.

What Youll Be Doing
Preparing metal components including degreasing shot blasting and applying bonding agents.
Operating compression molding presses and associated equipment.
Demolding and visually inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
Reading and following job specifications and work instructions.
Labelling identifying and packaging products.
Recording production and quality information accurately.
Supporting housekeeping and 5S standards.
Working closely with colleagues to maintain efficient production flow.
What Were Looking For
Previous manufacturing production machine operator assembly or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to follow written instructions and specifications.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift experience is advantageous but not required.
Working Hours You will initially work for training purposes: Monday Thursday:8:30am 5:00pm Friday:8:30am 2:30pm The role will then move to a rotating shift pattern:
6:00am 2:00pm
2:00pm 10:00pm
10:00pm 6:00am
Shift premium paid when working rotating shifts.
