Production Molder - 2nd shift 10 hour shift - 4 day work week!
Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-12:30am (occasional OT on Fridays)

We are looking for a2nd shift Molder (2:30pm-12:30am M-Th / occasional Friday OT)in our Urethane facility in Port Washington. This unique opportunity entails accurately mixing liquid resin pouring mixture into heated molds and inspecting finished product. Preferred experience in molding or related industry with manufacturing experience a plus.
General duties include:
- Set-up mix mold assemble and inspect molded products
- Prepare molds inserts and hardware for molding per work instructions and/or other criteria and per the production schedule.
- Mold all products per process sheets work instructions and/or prints.
- Remove product and/or inserts from mold
Troubleshoot quality defects and make appropriate adjustments.
- Clean and/or prepare all mold surfaces when done to prepare for next molding.
- Verify product meets all appropriate visual specifications and/or criteria.
- Ability to follow written procedures and make appropriate quality adjustments when necessary
- General machine operation with the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow process instructions are a must
