Job Summary
General Laborer Warehouse Operations
Location: Verona
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays. Employees must also be available to report as early as 4:00 AM when needed.
Position Summary
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated General Laborers to support warehouse operations in both the Master Flux Department and Material Handling areas. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately throughout the facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including loading unloading lifting and moving materials.
- Assist with daily tasks within the Master Flux Department.
- Support material handling operations by transporting organizing and staging materials.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Work overtime and adjusted start times as required.
- Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- 13 years of previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials consistently throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
