As our Production Manager youll lead our Project Managers Project Coordinators and Logistics Coordinators while partnering closely with our Field Managers and installation teams to keep projects running smoothly from handoff to completion. Youll remove barriers improve communication support continuous process improvement and help ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience. As GreenSavers continues to grow youll also have the opportunity to help shape production operations and support future expansion into additional markets.

WHAT YOULL DO
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers Project Coordinators and Logistics Coordinators.
  • Coach mentor and hold team members accountable while fostering a collaborative high-performing culture.
  • Support complex projects and help remove roadblocks to keep work moving.
  • Partner with Sales Installation Customer Service Accounting and Leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Improve workflows documentation and operational processes that help the team scale.
  • Analyze production capacity staffing needs and scheduling to support continued growth.
  • Use data and operational insights to help shape future production strategy.
  • Contribute as a member of the leadership team helping drive operational excellence across the organization.
GreenSavers is continuing to grow and were looking for someone excited to grow with us. While this role is initially focused on leading our Portland production team there will be opportunities to help support operational consistency across locations and contribute to future expansion as our organization evolves.

Required Skills:

3 years of experience in project management construction management production coordination operations or a related field preferably within residential construction remodeling HVAC weatherization or home services. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Experience working directly with customers throughout a construction or service project including resolving concerns and maintaining positive client relationships. Strong understanding of construction project workflows scheduling material coordination and subcontractor or field team communication. Superior verbal and written communication skills. A high degree of professionalism tact and the ability to influence others. Excellent conflict resolution skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations and resolve client concerns positively. Demonstrated ability to prioritize diverse responsibilities while maintaining quality customer satisfaction and project timelines. Sound judgment with the ability to make independent decisions while collaborating effectively with teammates when needed. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology including project management software CRM systems scheduling platforms and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office. Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record. Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain certification in accordance with company policy.
