Production Manager Fire & Water Restoration

• Manage day-to-day restoration production operations
• Lead train and hold production crews accountable
• Oversee water fire mold and other restoration projects
• Coordinate labor equipment materials and subcontractors
• Monitor job progress budgets schedules and profitability
• Ensure proper documentation communication and quality control
• Work closely with Project Managers Estimators and customers
• Respond to production issues and help resolve problems quickly
• Maintain a safe organized and professional work environment
• Help develop and improve production processes and procedures

• 3 years of experience in restoration construction or a related field
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of water and fire restoration processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to lead crews and hold people accountable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Professional attitude and commitment to customer service
• Valid drivers license
• IICRC certifications are a plus
