About the Role
Exterior Building Solutions is looking for an experienced organized and dependable Production Manager to oversee our exterior construction projects from contract handoff through completion.
This is a key leadership position responsible for keeping projects moving supporting production team members and subcontractors maintaining quality standards and providing homeowners with a positive experience throughout the construction process.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple projects solve problems quickly and hold people accountable while maintaining professional relationships with customers vendors and team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee roofing siding gutter and other exterior construction projects from pre-production planning through final completion
- Coordinate project schedules subcontractors material deliveries equipment and inspections
- Review project scopes measurements selections and job documentation before work begins
- Ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and according to company quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments when weather material availability or unexpected conditions affect the schedule
- Provide clear and timely communication to homeowners regarding schedules project progress and any changes
- Supervise support and hold production team members and subcontractors accountable
- Conduct or coordinate jobsite inspections and quality-control checks
- Address production concerns customer questions and jobsite issues promptly and professionally
- Work closely with the sales office and customer experience teams to ensure a smooth transition between each stage of the project
- Track production performance and recommend improvements to processes scheduling and efficiency
- Maintain accurate project notes photos and documentation within the companys CRM
- Ensure compliance with company procedures safety requirements manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in construction production management project management or a related field
- Experience in roofing siding gutters or exterior construction is strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and team-management abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling scheduling challenges or jobsite concerns
- Working knowledge of construction safety practices quality standards and industry regulations
- Comfortable using construction management software mobile applications email and digital documentation
- Valid drivers license and a reliable driving record
