Eden Prairie MN Direct Hire $70-80k Day Shift (7:30 am 4:00 pm)

Konik is partnering with a high-end custom fabrication and large-format production company to add a Production Manager to their team. This role is responsible for leading daily production operations across multiple shifts ensuring quality efficiency and on-time delivery in a fast-paced precision-driven environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bridge the gap between CNC technology and manual fabrication while building a high-performing accountable team.

Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily production operations across day and second shift teams (1520 employees total)
• Serve as a player-coach on the floor learning and supporting all production processes to drive efficiency and quality
• Coordinate production schedules with project management to meet aggressive turnaround timelines
• Troubleshoot CNC cutting equipment and fabrication processes including drag knife and oscillating knife systems
• Maintain and enforce quality standards aligned with high-end custom fabrication output
• Implement and uphold OSHA and internal safety protocols across the production floor
• Develop and manage production metrics quotas and performance expectations to improve throughput and profitability
• Maintain a clean organized and tour-ready production environment
• Train mentor and develop team members while fostering accountability and consistency

Production Manager Qualifications:

• 2 in production supervision or management
• Experience in large-format printing POP display or custom fabrication environments is preferred
• Direct experience with CNC cutting systems (Zund or similar preferred)
• Strong ability to read and interpret production drawings and technical specifications
• Hands-on experience with shop tools and fabrication processes (adhesives cutting tools assembly methods)
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
