Overseeing 20 people"). - Production planning material-flow and quality ownership: Served as the production planner/manager who created and executed production schedules managed material flow to limit shortages and collaborated with customer service/sales to identify and resolve quality concerns; acted as the subject-matter expert for assembly and finishing of banners/flags and delivered measurable reductions in shortages and quality incidents. Requirements
- Embroidery & textile assembly expertise (flag/banner assembly & finishing; machine setup and run/quality for embroidered products). - Production planning & scheduling (material flow management shortage prevention capacity planning to meet delivery schedules). - Production leadership for mid-size teams plus bilingual EnglishSpanish ability (supervising 20 direct reports; clear bilingual communication with floor and customer-facing teams).


- No specific degree required; accept candidates with strong hands-on textile/embroidery production experience (minimum 5 years) and demonstrated supervision of 20 staff as the practical minimum. - Accept substitutes such as an Associate degree in Manufacturing/Textiles or certifications (e.g. Lean APICS) but prioritize proven production planning scheduling and quality/assembly expertise over formal education.



ERP/MRP / production-planning system working / intermediate used to create and manage production schedules material requirements and reduce shortages. Inventory management / WMS working / intermediate track material availability and inbound/outbound flows to support continuous production. Production-scheduling / shop-floor tracking tools working / intermediate monitor daily assembly throughput job status and communicate with supervisors on the floor.


- Require clear formal supervisory experience managing production staff ideally direct reports in the 20 range (hiring performance reviews scheduling/staffing discipline retention). - Acceptable narrow substitutes: documented line management of a smaller but clearly supervised production team or formal supervision of an adjacent manufacturing function (provided responsibilities include staffing reviews and disciplinary authority). - Do NOT accept as substitutes: project leadership mentoring/training task-level delegation crossfunctional coordination or other influence without hiring/firing or performance-accountability authority.
