Founded in 1953 Aerosonic has grown to be a leader in aviation instrumentation and avionics equipment including air data systems standby displays digital and mechanical standby instruments sensors and probes. Our customers include the major manufacturers of todays civil military and business fixed wing and rotorcraft platforms as well as all branches of the US military forces. We are located in Clearwater FL and do not offer hybrid or remote work - all employees must be a U.S. Person.

As a Production Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our relationship with customers and ensuring operational excellence through cross functional collaboration.

Manage daily production operations by monitoring goals KPIs and team performance to ensure efficiency quality and on-time delivery.

Drive continuous improvement through automation and workflow optimization with regular staff meetings to foster communication throughout the departments

Development of team by driving culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvements

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field with 13 years of manufacturing operations with leadership experience

Curiosity energy and a growth mindset; you dont just want a job you want a career

Willingness to support a flexible workforce schedule including managing labor during overtime periods such as on weekends/holidays
