For more specifics please visit our benefits page Production Manager position in the Burkburnett FGS facility will report directly to the Burkburnett Plant Manager and have the production department supervisors as direct reports oversee sequencing and scheduling production lines for the timely manufacture of quality NOV products by focusing on equipment and personnel availability production efficiencies and customer demand to meet service and budget targets. Leads Manufacturing Supervisors to optimize production to include allocation of resources where needed most. Will coordinate with Maintenance to schedule machine downtime for repair and preventative maintenance. Responsible for timely fulfillment of orders and inventory optimization.



PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sequence and schedule manufacturing lines and goals to meet product demand
Analyze production metrics to meet operational goals
Consult with plant leadership to align production capabilities with company strategy
Work with plant engineering and quality in support of continuous improvement activities
Mentor supervisors and subordinates to maximize production capability
Ability to implement production schedules based upon customer demand
Ability to prioritize competing tasks based on efficiency methods
Communicate key production metrics to personnel and management
Implement performance goals established by plant manager
Manage projects and delegates tasks to supervisors and non-managerial staff
Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all provided safety equipment


Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree preferred in business management or related field
Five to eight years of experience leading people
Five to eight years of experience producing products/results in a methodical manner
Office 365 experience
Continuous Process Improvement experience
