Production Manager

• Supervise: Crew Chiefs Operators Rover Operators Assistant Production Manager
• Oversee plant production
• Ensure operational consistency using training and development
• Maximize efficiency of production production rate and quality of products
• Perform timely evaluation of all staff by written performance evaluations
• Schedule and coordinate the daily work assignments and work shifts
• Work with payroll to achieve accurate reporting of timecards
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to the company values
• Communicate with maintenance environmental and lab manager daily
• Respond and address complaints in a timely and courteous manner

• Monday- Friday 8am-4:30 pm with additional hours required throughout the year and on a call-in basis as the plant is operational 24 hour a day 7 days a week

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Engineering biochemistry or related college degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3 years of experience in fuel plant supervision and process
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills essential
• Technical ability to understand ethanol production
• Experience in interviewing and selecting plant personnel
• Creating and monitoring process operations performance metrics and communication
• Candidates should possess a documented successful track record in managing process facilities
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
