This onsite opportunity offers $51000-$60000 and is ideal for candidates with embroidery industry experience bilingual English/Spanish communication skills and experience leading production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production assembly and sewing operations
• Manage and support a production team of approximately 20 employees
• Coordinate production planning and scheduling to reduce material shortages
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve quality concerns
• Ensure production efficiency workflow accuracy and product quality
• Become a subject matter expert in banner and flag assembly and finishing operations

Requirements:

• Experience in the embroidery industry
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience managing or supervising production teams of 20 employees
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with production scheduling and manufacturing workflows

Preferred:

• Textile or sewing manufacturing experience
• Banner or flag manufacturing experience
