Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving production efficiency ensuring quality standards maintaining a safe workplace and leading multiple production departments to meet customer schedules and company goals.

• Manage daily production operations and supervise multiple manufacturing departments.
• Lead coach and develop production teams while promoting a strong culture of safety quality and accountability.
• Execute production schedules to meet customer deadlines and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor labor productivity workflow and operational costs.
• Coordinate with Engineering Quality Purchasing and Production teams to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Oversee employee training performance management scheduling and workforce planning.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and safety regulations.

• 8 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in metal fabrication machining or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing/ERP software.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving abilities.
