Job Summary
Allied Reliability is seeking Maintenance Mechanics II (2nd shift 3rd shift) - B to perform preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment. This role supports equipment reliability safety and operational efficiency by following established procedures and assisting with troubleshooting repairs and installations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.
- Monitor equipment performance safety and effectiveness using standard procedures.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing pumps motors valves compressors and other mechanical systems.
- Conduct basic fabrication assembly and installation of equipment and components.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential maintenance issues.
- Perform equipment failure analysis and complete both preventive and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Assist senior mechanics during major repairs shutdowns and equipment installations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
- Log equipment modifications and maintenance activities in the designated system.
- Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) PPE requirements and safe work practices.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Will work overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical school or trade school certification required.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Typically reports to a supervisor.
