Essential Functions Responsibilities
Multi-Departmental Support:Provides support across multiple departments to help teams meet operational goals.
Adaptability:Quickly learns and adapts to new processes tasks and responsibilities.
Project Assistance:Assists with projects during peak workloads including data entry research and coordination.
Cross-Functional Communication:Maintains clear communication across teams to support efficiency and collaboration.
Problem Solving:Applies problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve workflows.
Time Management:Manages time effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Quality Assurance::Ensures accuracy and quality across all assigned work.

Education
High School Diploma GED or equivalent experience.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a production environment
Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations

Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Work Environment & PPE
Fastpaced production environment; some areas may involve heat or working with sharp materials.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and handle large pieces of glass.
Must be able to operate equipment such as saws welders drills screw guns punches and end mills (training provided).
