- Taper: Applies tape to window components to ensure proper sealing and preparation for assembly.
- Puncher Bead & Accessories: Punches bead and accessory components according to specifications.
- Screen Builder: Assembles window screens using frames mesh and spline.
- Screen Roller: Rolls screen material into frames ensuring proper fit and tension.
- Screen Trimmer: Trims excess screen material to meet quality and appearance standards.
- Hardware: Installs basic hardware components onto window units.
- Puncher Window Lines: Operates punching equipment on window line components.
- Scrap: Breaks down sorts and disposes of scrap material while maintaining a clean work area.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Onthejob training provided. Training includes equipment operation work processes quality standards and safety procedures.
- Ability to understand English and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math reading and writing skills for measurements and documentation.
- Ability to identify correct materials profiles and components.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate simple machinery and computer interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and quality inspection ability.
- Ability to handle pressure adapt to changing priorities and maintain accuracy.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and follow direction from supervisors.
- Willingness to learn and operate multiple machines trainable for various jobs throughout the plant.
- Fastpaced production environment; some areas may involve heat or working with sharp materials.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and handle large pieces of glass.
- Must be able to operate equipment such as saws welders drills screw guns punches and end mills (training provided).

- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
- Cutresistant gloves and sleeves
- Physical Demands:
- Light to medium
- Occasional: 2050 lbs.
- Constant: 10 lbs.
- 1st shift MondayThursday: 5:00 AM3:30 PM (Some lines operate 6:00 AM4:30 PM.)
- Fridays: Overtime scheduled as needed.
