Job Summary
Thigh Debone Production Lead
Responsibility
Check with the supervisor to ensure product is running on schedule.
- Have proper equipment set up and operating properly before start up.
- Complete all necessary reports.Enter all production numbers from floor into SAP.
- Verify QC checks throughout shift and HACCP checks.
- Ensure the line has an adequate supply of correct packing supplies
- Check metal detectors.
- Ensure the line is fully staffed.
- Replace absent partners.
- Train all new employees and monitor progress.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer experience is required.
Starting Payrate: $21.10$1.50 Shift Differential
