Production Leader

What Youll Do

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety quality delivery and cost goals
• Support the training development and scheduling of team members
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign work in the supervisors absence
• Troubleshoot production challenges and drive effective solutions
• Ensure accurate production reporting and efficient use of resources
• Act as a first responder during plant emergencies
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work hands-on with machinery and inspection tools
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of safety practices including Lockout/Tagout
• A team-focused leader who leads by example
