The work model for the role is: Onsite Fort Smith AR

Your role and responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and team leadership by guiding employees assisting with supervision conducting stand-up huddles and serving as a resource to maintain positive employee relations.
• Ensure production goals are met by monitoring workflow maintaining production output responding to operator issues and ANDON alerts and escalating concerns or improvement opportunities.
• Promote safety efficiency and resource management by helping oversee material utilization identifying waste ensuring injury protocols and reporting requirements are followed and stepping into operational roles when staffing is short.
• Drive communication and continuous improvement by providing shift reports communicating improvement ideas to leadership supporting problem-solving efforts and performing additional duties or overtime as needed.

Qualifications for the role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 Year of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Prior leadership experience preferred with the ability to set high performance standards for self and others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills: Effective communicator with strong analytical abilities sound judgment and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and organization: Highly organized detail-oriented and adaptable to change with a willingness to cross-train and maintain a positive team-focused attitude.
• Technical and operational proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint with strong technical skills and a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
