Production Lead ( Logistics Coordinator)

Job Summary
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to achieve delivery objectives for Domestic & International Logistics Orders/Request.
Hold daily meetings with the Logistics Manager to plan the upcoming days activities and establish team priorities.
Assign tasks and monitor daily workflow to ensure efficiency.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for shipments such as invoices bills of lading and customer paperwork.
Maintain compliance with all applicable local state federal and international regulations related to logistics activities.
Collect data generate reports and communicate operational status daily.
Analyze logistics data including delivery times and error rates to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Resolve logistics-related issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Communicate effectively across departments suppliers and customers to ensure clarity and coordination.
Support logistics operations and problem-solving through proficient use of systems such as CTSI Oracle Smartsheet Maximo OSS ARMs etc.
Provide training and guidance to new employees as needed.
Facilitate daily logistics review of Safety Quality Delivery & People metrics using visual management tools.
Assist in coordinating communication regarding meetings events and activities.
Support supplier onboarding purchase order processing invoicing & scope of work (SOW) management including CTSI freight payments FCA Crate management Ernst & Young compliance and coordination with Office & Warehouse Suppliers.
Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to safety standards and address daily safety topics.
Promote continuous process improvement and effective change management initiatives.
Support the review of Logistics Work Instructions to ensure they are aligned with teams processes.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Provide constructive feedback to broader teams and management to address issues and support actionable improvements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years as International Logistics Coordinator experience in your previous role.
At least 2 years experience with US Exportation
At least 2 years experience filing AES/SED with US Customs system
Ability to understand follow and lead work scope instructions
Computer skills (Oracle I procurement Maximo Arms CTSI etc. MS Excel).
Desired Characteristics:
Prior experience leading or co-leading a team and/or project
Knowledge of Lean processes.
