When will I work
- The primary work hours for this position are 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday with overtime required as needed.
Where is this opportunity located
Position located in Redwood Falls Minnesota in our Final Assembly department.
What will the work look like for me
As a production flow coordinator you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Be at work on time preferably at 5:30 AM and maintain good attendance. Work overtime as needed.
- Follow leader guidance and direction the first time and consistently thereafter.
- Wear all proper protective equipment as required in work area in accordance with Daktronics Safety Policy and OSHA may include safety glasses safety shoes/boots hearing protection electrostatic discharge wear and others as determined necessary by Daktronics Risk and Safety Department.
- Develop standard work with supervisor to absorb any workload that would pull PTLs off of their flow lines they are overseeing.
- Be an agent of the organization leading by example through maintaining a positive attitude in all your interactions in your role.
- Fill in as PTL if needed.
- Perform other duties as required by your supervisor.
Support Fuel Light
- Run the Insta-Pak machine:
- Ensure the machine runs as needed for production.
- Complete 5S processes.
- Swap carts of foam corners and sides.
- Refill safety stock foam corners and sides as needed.
- Take pallets to and from shipping:
- Deliver full pallets to shipping.
- Ensure pack area has empty pallets to load.
- Refill empty bins or carts:
- Keep bins full on the line (check every hour).
- Replace empty mod sheet carts under the ridge rack.
- Escalate empty mod pan bins for inventory to swap.
- Prep power supplies by removing them from their box.
- Return empty repetitive bins:
- Return empty repetitive harness boxes to cart near ship level.
- Return empty repetitive metal part bins / carts to the drop area near the Annex.
- If time allows:
- Prep labels by removing the outer layer.
- Prep mods for each WO.
Support Ship Level
- Help perform cycle counts.
- Turn in WOs to inventory.
- Perform completions of WOs and Delivery of products to shipping/inventory.
- Send modems daily to Verizon this is done on a spreadsheet then emailed to IT.
- Print labels for modems.
- Run for parts if needed.
- Get playerWOs ready for the line print labels make sure they have Venus accounts and escalate if not.
- Make sure we have all the WOs for the week to meet deadlines.
- Replenish and order parts/materials as needed so ship level and Fuel Light lines to ensure they are running efficiently. If bandwidth allows support other areas as needed.
- Order materials from inventory. Including setting up the next shift for success.
- Respond to Andons from PTLs for needs to keep the flow lines running.
- Discard cardboard as needed.
- Stage mods needed for the flow lines.
What are the pay andperks
The typical hiring range for thisposition is$20.00 to $20.75 per hour based on the location of Redwood Falls includes both base pay and any applicable skill and/or shift increment. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors including relevant education experiences location and applicable local legislation.

To be considered for Production Flow Coordinator we require the following:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Lead experience preferred.
- Process adherence focus is a must.
- Servant leadership is a must.
- Detail oriented follows timeline schedules.

- Must be quality minded.
- Computer skillsGlovia Excel Word and Outlook are preferred. Effective keyboard skills preferred.
- Good technical writing and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to successfully participate as a member of a team.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-driving/self-motivated.
- Physical requirements include the ability to:
- Work in an environment with these types of smells: paint solvent and solder.
- Frequently lift 35 lbs. Occasionally to frequently lift 45 some work areas.
- Stand for the full shift with planned breaks. The duration of standing between breaks varies from 2-3 ½ hours depending on work area.
- Work from heights including working from ladders and platforms.
- Reach in all directions (up down side-to-side and diagonal reaching) including some awkward reaching to insert components in difficult to reach sections of the product.
- Maintain steady hand/eye coordination.
- Identify wire and paint colors.
- Read fine print.
- The selected individual must be able to travel by air and ground andcomply withthe Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy to begin andmaintainemployment. This requirement will be verified through a motor vehicle record (MVR) check conductedin accordance withapplicable federal state provincial and local laws.
