Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
- Lead and manage engineering changes from initiation through implementation ensuring on-time delivery budget adherence procedural compliance and audit-ready documentation.
- Drive APQP activities and maintain FMEAs including leading RPN reduction efforts and integrating lessons learned into continuous improvement.
- Oversee feasibility studies PPAP/ISIR submissions BOM accuracy routing/process flow and all required production documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production quality sales purchasing accounting and suppliers to support engineering changes and meet commercial objectives.
- Monitor P.O. flow supplier performance tooling/fixture changes and sourcing (in-house and outsourced) escalating issues as needed.
- Support cost reduction lean initiatives corrective actions and audit readiness while ensuring proper packaging and workflow for customer-specific parts.
- Maintain daily/weekly engagement with production and quality teams to ensure alignment support and effective communication across operations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor Degreein a technical related discipline or 10 years related automotive experience with sound understanding of BIW build fit & function.
WORK EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL TRAINING:
- Bachelors degreein a technical related discipline or 10 years related automotive experience with sound understanding of BIW build fit & function.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook Excel Power Point Project Word.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills

Pay range: $65000 - $85000 annual salary
