Production Coordinator

Piping Rock Health Products is rapidly growing and looking for a Production Coordinator. You wouldbe responsible forthe coordination of all office functions whileassisting management with all day to daytasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient with MS Office comfortable with technologydetail oriented self-motivated flexible to change and has an entrepreneurial mindset that matches ours. Responsibilities:General clerical dutiesincludingmaintaining filesAssist with facility checks as neededReview newly revised SOPs and base trainings on this informationCreate new SOP folders for newly hired associatesConduct SOP and Safety training for new hiresConduct new SOP/WI and OPL trainingMaintain safetySOP/WI and OPLtraining recordsMaintain SOP and keep Safety matrix updatedMaintain Production inventory suppliesBatch Record Review Keep safety data sheet updatedPreparation of documentation forSocialcomplianceand GMP auditsAssistwith various projects and provideadditional support where neededStrong facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging group training sessionsProvide support to other departments as neededAdditionalduties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent 2 -3 years of experience in an office environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferredExperience in a busy environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
