Production Capacity Planner

The opportunity

Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of supply chain excellence at Hitachi Energy. As a Production Capacity Planner you will lead the transformation toward a more proactive transparent and synchronized planning organizationensuring the business can meet growing market demand while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

In this role you will own and elevate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process creating a strong foundation for mid- and long-term planning. Your work will enable smarter decision-making optimized inventories and improved lead times. By connecting data people and processes you will ensure alignment across sales operations engineering and supply chain functions.

You will act as a key integrator balancing demand with available capacity while identifying risks opportunities and performance gaps. Your leadership will help establish standardized processes drive continuous improvement and enable fact-based planning that supports business growth.

• Lead and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process

Your background

• Bachelors degree in supply chain engineering business or related field

• Proven experience in supply chain planning or S&OP processes

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions

• Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance improvement methods

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
