The Bellevue Beverage Plant has an opening for an onsite Production Buyer Planner. Nonunion hourly position.

The position will be based in Bellevue WA.

The salary range is $26.09 to $34.78 an hour.

Main responsibilities

• Source negotiate and purchase raw materials packaging and supplies to support production.

• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing quality and delivery schedules.

• Plan and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.

• Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments to avoid overstocking or shortages.

• Collaborate with production quality and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on material needs and delivery timelines.

• Analyze data and prepare reports on purchasing production and inventory metrics.

• Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues related to deliveries quality or pricing.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement and production planning processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies including SOX requirements for purchasing and financial reporting.

What we are searching for

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management business administration or related field preferred

• Previous experience in procurement production planning or supply chain management preferably in the beverage or food industry.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of SOX compliance and adherence to company purchasing policies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
