Production Associate

Position Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $21.40/hr

Category: Full-time Hourly Non-Exempt

Physical Location: 1601 5th St. Lincoln IL 62656

The Job You Will Perform:

• Counting and stacking finished product
• Accurately reading gauges and other testing equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math and performing product inspections
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documentation while following work instructions
• Performing general housekeeping and clean up duties including blowing down machines wiping off shafts cleaning ink systems vacuuming and sweeping machine areas and collecting and shredding scrap material
• Working overtime including Saturdays as business conditions require

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Ability and desire to work safely and follow all safety procedures including the use of required personal protective equipment

• Ability to add and subtract units of measure and accurately read copy count and record figures
• Ability to stand walk twist bend and reach at or below shoulder level throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical job duties in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures
• Dependable attendance
