Tennessee Foam has a career-building opportunity for a Production Associate to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be positive proactive innovative and have a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (G.M.P) regulations and guidelines always in accordance with ISO13485.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures () in place relevant to your work activities.
- Identify and report unsafe practices to Manager immediately.
- Attend job trainings related to production and machinery for professional growth.
- Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule.
- Ensure that work environment is maintained clean safe and organized.
- Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials.
- Ensure that the manufactured product meets customer specifications.
Qualifications/ Education
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in health care industry manufacturing assembly or warehousing and distribution preferred.
- Ability to follow work instructions.
- Ability to work well with others.
- High degree to attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 20lbs.
Physical Demands
- Long periods of standing are required.
- Minimal lifting required.
- Use of fingers hands or feel objects.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Climb stairs.
- Stand sit stoop kneel and crouch.
- Close vision and depth perception.
