Production Associate I Profile Stamping 1st Shift, 2nd & 3rd shift

TITLE: Production Associate (Stamping Dept.)

REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor/ Manager

Shift: 1st shift (6:00AM to 2:30PM)

2nd shift (2:00PM to 10:30PM)

3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Payrate: Starts at $18:50/hr.

The employee will acquire a thorough knowledge of the Companys products and the procedures and policies applicable to operating production equipment and related administrative tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

Fulfill work orders using production or assembly equipment as assigned by Production coordinator.

Record accurate work order information quantity produced quantity scrapped raw materials used etc. as required by the work order.

Perform quality control of raw materials and finished goods during the production process.

General duties:

Monitor & request replenishment of production-related supplies.

Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.

Assist in coordinating / performing inventory counts as assigned.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Represents Schluter Systems L.P. in a professional positive and enthusiastic manner in all matters.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED

Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing and walking to a significant degree.

Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and frequently lifting10 lbs. or less.

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions in this job grade with the final offer depending on factors like experience education location and other relevant considerations. Additionally this role qualifies for extra benefits beyond the base pay range mentioned.
