Job Summary
Schedule: Mon Thurs 3:00PM - 1:30AM
What You Will Do:
As a Production Associate I your work will include UV Bond packaging operating and loading machines measuring material handling coating masking mixing blasting and inspection of product or components
- Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements.
- Using hands to manipulate/assemble small tools or objects.
- Follow production build rates and schedules and meet required cycle times
- Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required.
- Handle transport store and inspect components and final assembly devices.
- Red line documents in need of correction and assist with resolution.
- Execute validation protocols and engineering evaluations with supervision.
- Supports continuous improvements through idea submission and leading assigned projects.
- Responsible for set-ups work preparation clean-up and quality assurance of own work and work area
What You Need:
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Prior cleanroom experience
- Prior experience working with measuring devices and microscopes
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscope
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to discern colors
$21.25/hr $2.00/hr Shift Premium plus bonus potential and benefits.
