W are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associateto join our Makers Studio production team on 1st shift.
The successful candidate will help operate and support production lines from start to finish ensuring efficiency food safety and consistent quality. This is an opportunity to build long-term stability in a company that values precision safety and teamwork.
- Assist in sweet goods production from start to finish including cakes cake squares and other specialty items to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality.
- Cross-train and rotate through mixing cutting icing decorating touch-up inspection and packaging processes.
- Replenish supplies and maintain materials needed to prevent workflow disruptions.
- Inspect finished products to verify temperature consistency appearance and packaging standards are met.
- Complete required food safety logs and documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized production environment to support food safety and operational efficiency.
- Follow all company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Promote a culture of safety by maintaining awareness and preventing workplace incidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills to follow recipes specifications and production instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependability attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Prior food production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Constant standing and twisting during scheduled shifts.
- Frequent climbing of up to three flights of stairs multiple times per shift.
- Frequent walking throughout the production area.
- Occasional reaching and pushing/pulling under 10 lbs.
- Rare lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Indoor production environment with moderate warehouse noise levels.
- Compliance with food safety PPE and GMP requirements at all times.
