• We areseekingreliable and energeticProduction Assistantsto support a multi-day event. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to create seamless event experiences.

Schedule & Staffing Needs

*Please have an understanding of your schedule before applying. You must be at least available at least Monday and Tuesday.

• Sunday September 13 (Load-In)

• Monday September 14

• Tuesday September 15th

Candidates may apply for one or multiple days based on availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Usher guests to and from event spaces

• Remove and reset chairs during panel transitions

• Assistwith floral arrangements and decorative setup

• Support event styling and on-site décor adjustments

• Assistwith load-in and load-out as needed

• Provide general event support to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

• Ability to liftat least 30 pounds

• Must be comfortable standing and walking for68 hours

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

• Previousevent or production experience is a plus (notrequired)
