Join our distillery team and play a hands-on role in crafting high-quality spirits from production through barrel filling. As a Production Assistant youll support a variety of distilling operations while working with modern equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to build technical skills work across multiple production areas and contribute to safe efficient operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) with OT as needed

• Support daily distillery operations including material receiving mashing fermenting distilling charcoal filtering barrel filling and barrel handling.
• Operate and monitor production equipment including forklifts and industrial machinery while following all safety and quality standards.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance preventative maintenance and cleaning to help ensure reliable production.
• Maintain accurate production standards and assist in continuous improvement initiatives across the distillery.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Preferred

• Forklift Experience
• Organoleptic (sensory evaluation) experience or related production quality experience.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
