Production Assembly Worker

• Perform packaging repackaging and light assembly of disposable dental products
• Follow all ISO 13485 manufacturing procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S and EHS practices
• Verify materials and quantities per Work Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Accurately complete documentation such as batch records and work instructions
• Adhere to safety quality and regulatory protocols at all times

• Entry-level role with focus on mastering standard procedures (e.g. syringe filling kitting)
• Works under direct supervision
• Limited cross-functional responsibilities

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing packaging or assembly a plus
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices dental pharma) is highly desirable
• Basic math reading and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and compliance
• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to follow written procedures accurately

• Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
• Manual dexterity for small parts handling
• Perform repetitive tasks with focus and precision
• Tolerate moderate noise and temperature variations

• Clean climate-controlled manufacturing facility
• Must wear PPE including gloves hairnets masks and safety glasses as needed
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Fast-paced environment with deadlines and high-quality expectations
• Occasional overtime may be required
