Shifts: Day (5am-5pm) or Night (5pm-5am)

Position Overview:

• Adhere to andenforceall safety rules and lock out procedures
• Ensure understanding and adherence to allproduct quality metrics
• Make sure all guardsare in placeand in good functional conditionat all times
• Trouble shoot & repair most mechanical breakdowns & adjustments
• Assistwith and/orlead PMs as needed
• Backfill for production supervisor as needed
• Identifyand execute onopportunitiesto improve ondaily rate of production while keeping down waste
• Check and enforce daily lubrication on equipment
• Provide first aid/assistance when needed
• Assist operator when machine is down to minimize waste and down time
• Make sure personnel are kept busy while machine is down
• Run any machine when necessary
• Continuousimprovement ofyour skillset
• Coach up operators on addressing tasks within their skillsetand expectations
• Assistwith training by working closely with operators during machine issues or machine maintenance

Skills/Qualities Required:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Have adequate tools to work on machinery
• Must be able to stand continuously for (12)twelve hourshift
• Must be willing to work some Saturdays as needed
• Must be able to adhere to company policy safety rules and regulations and wear PPE

Pay Range: $34 per hour.
