Job Summary
Production Associate
- Hiring for 1st and 2nd shift - 1 opening for each
- Bilingual preferred
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and are comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in a climate-controlled facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently at a fast pace to meet production goals
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs (requires strong upper body strength)
- Rotate through three different positions on the production line
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all Food Safety Policies and Procedures (P.P.E.)
- Take direction from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members
- Ensure product quality and consistency according to company standards
Work Environment:
- Climate-controlled facility maintained between 45-50F
- Fast-paced and physically active production setting
- Team-oriented culture focused on safety quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable punctual and detail-oriented
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to following all safety and quality standards
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
