Job Summary
As a Product Support Engineer here at Honeywell you will play a vital role in providing technical support for our sensing productsand solutions ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely withEngineeringQuality Manufacturing SalesandCustomer Serviceto resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement.
You will report directly to ourTech SupportManagerand youll work out of our Richardson TX or Houston TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the success of ourSensingSolutionsbusinessby delivering expert product support enhancing product reliability and contributing to the advancement of technologies that serve criticalindustryapplications.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for sensing products used inindustrial applications.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials to support internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingEngineeringQuality andManufacturing to resolve product issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support cross-functional teams on product development projects providing insightsaboutcustomers needs based on day-to-day interactions with customers.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product support or engineering rolesin industries like Healthcare Transportation orAerospace & Defense
- Strong knowledge of sensing technologies and product lifecycle support
- Experience with troubleshooting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for complex products

- Advanceddegreein Engineering such as Mechanical Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge ofAerospace & Defenseindustrystandards and practices
- Proficiency in product data management and support toolssuch as Salesforce InContact and/or Teamcenter
- Strongproject managementproblem-solvingand data analysisskills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
