Product Specialist

Essential Duties include (but not limited to):

• Conduct Lubron Sales order entry quote follow up and tracking.
• Preform proposal development and coordination.

• Supporting and developing the market intelligence function with market research for our products.
• Gathering and interpreting data formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. Looking for trends and patterns in data fields; testing hypothesis based on data sets.
• Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations.
• Developing and maintaining key program overviews to include program potential target applications build rates timelines and regularly scheduled program reviews.
• Assisting the Product Managers and Business Development Manager with commercial and technical proposals.
• Leading customer audits and working closely to ensure all necessary departments are involved prepared and able to support customer requests.
• Assisting in the development of marketing literature.
• Tracking of divisional programs and objectives.
• Coordinating process and procedure improvement / implementation.
• Perform receptionist and customer service responsibilities including answering screening and routing telephone calls receiving and directing visitors and responding to customer inquiries.

• Perform administrative and office support activities including scanning faxing sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail filing and data entry.

• Perform other related duties as determined and directed by supervisor.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Requirements include the following:

• • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
  • Must be a self-starter motivated and resourceful think outside the box.
  • Detail orientated individual with a good work ethic.
  • Results driven person who is willing to exceed goals and objectives.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve practical problems.
  • Ability to apply basic concepts of math and analyze results.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Access Excel and Word programs

MIN/MAX: $70k-$72k

This range is the companys good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role based on the positions responsibilities qualifications experience and other relevant factors. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidates specific experience education skills and other relevant factors.
