Product Owner Listings Platform

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlogs define user stories and lead sprint planning backlog grooming and stakeholder reviews to deliver high-quality features in collaboration with cross-functional scrum teams.
• Design and reimagine end-to-end workflows to optimize efficiency usability and regulatory compliance across client-facing and internal platforms including developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify envision and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance product capabilities streamline processes and improve user experiences; stay current with AI developments relevant to product management and financial services.
• Manage relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders facilitating meetings coordinating priorities and communicating project status roadmaps and issues clearly across all levels of the organization.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications coordinating work scheduling and delivery across teams to ensure timely high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management product ownership or a related role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development and workflow optimization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with experience in collaborative matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Product Management (e.g. CSPO CPO or equivalent).
• Experience in financial services capital markets or a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with UX design principles workflow automation or business process improvement.
