Product Owner - Billing Systems - Remote

Lead end-to-end product ownership for billing migration initiatives specifically AT&T to DIRECTV transitions
Partner with business stakeholders billing SMEs and product owners to gather refine and prioritize requirements
Translate business needs into well-defined product features user stories and functional specifications for engineering and vendor teams
Work closely with external vendors to guide development clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery
Identify risks dependencies and gaps in migration processes and proactively propose solutions
