Product Manager Warehouse Solutions

Position Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Specialist for our Warehouse Solutions product line. This role is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the product category across a defined region. The ideal candidate will work closely with account managers to drive sales provide product expertise manage key projects and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Regular travel is required to support customer engagements site visits and regional growth initiatives. Knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking systems is essential to understand customer needs and deliver effective product Responsibilities:Sales Enablement & Business GrowthAct as the product expert and champion for allied warehouse solutions within the with account managers to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products including warehouse solutions and racking systems increasing share of wallet across customer sales trends and provide actionable insights to improve product positioning and ManagementLead and coordinate product-related projects from concept through execution ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic with cross-functional teams including marketing procurement and technical support to drive project and report project progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as & SupportWork hand-in-hand with account managers to support their sales activities including joint customer visits proposal development and product product training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal teams and external as a liaison between the field and internal stakeholders to relay market feedback and inform product development or expertise in warehouse layouts and racking configurations to offer optimal product solutions for customer & Product IntelligenceMonitor competitor activity industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities or deep knowledge of product specifications applications and competitive advantages particularly in warehouse infrastructure and storage the development of go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns in coordination with :Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.3 years of experience in product management sales or a technical role within the industrial or allied warehouse equipment understanding of sales processes and project lifecycle ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all communication presentation and organizational in CRM tools Microsoft Office Suite and project management and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (approximately 75% travel)Working knowledge of warehouse solutions and racking Attributes:Experience in the non-mobile products and/or equipment background or ability to quickly learn complex product problem-solving skills and a proactive self-starter -on experience with warehouse design racking systems or storage optimization solutions is a with CAD software is beneficial particularly for supporting warehouse layouts and creating visual proposals.
